As an AI Engineer, you play a crucial role in developing and implementing advanced AI solutions. You will collaborate with a team of talented data scientists, machine learning engineers, and product managers to design, build, and deploy innovative AI-driven products and services.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Setting up and maintaining AI environments
• Establishing and sustaining end-to-end AI solutions, particularly around new AI technologies such as LLMs
• Collaborating with data analysts, data engineers, and data scientists within the AI development cycle
• Fundamental aspects of data integration and management

Project Experience

• Proven project experience in robust software development/engineering
• Proven project experience in data engineering
• Proven project experience in AI development
• At least 5 years of experience across the previous three aspects
• Minimum initial project experience with (Chat)GPT / LLMs

Competencies

• Knowledge of Python and SQL
• Designing and implementing machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex business problems
• Maintaining and enhancing existing AI systems to optimize performance. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand data analysis needs and provide technical solutions
• Contributing to the development of the company’s AI strategy and roadmap. Ensuring data integrity and compliance with data privacy and security regulations
• Programming skills to implement AI models and systems, including version control and software development practices
• Understanding of data storage, database technology, and data processing for AI applications (including SQL, NoSQL, vector, and graph databases)
• Knowledge of LLM models, especially (Chat)GPT
• Continuously learning about new technologies and methods in the rapidly evolving field of artificial intelligence

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field
• Experience with machine learning frameworks and programming languages
• Strong background in statistics, mathematics, and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) is a plus
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team
